Scholars who graduated from Ascension Catholic School and currently attend a Catholic high school are invited to apply for the Deacon Joseph and Louise Wierschem Scholarship. First-time applicants must submit a 250-word essay explaining the impact Ascension Catholic School has had on your education and faith. The award of $500 is renewable for all four years of high school for a total of $2,000. Renewal applicants must submit forms each year along with their grade report, a tally of volunteer work they have completed in the past year and a tuition bill from their school.
