Kindergarten teacher Jamie Michel had a couple of family members visit recently to help with some fun math activities and to read a story. Her sister, a student at Totino-Grace High School, and a friend helped scholars make pattern bracelets and measure various items using blocks. Jamie’s brother, who plays baseball for the Colorado Rockies, also visited the scholars. He read a book and helped them color paper baseball caps.
